3Document Submission 

Bidders can reasonably configure the type of mixer based on the process parameters and pool type in the design drawings, determine the number and installation position of mixers, and provide plan layout and sectional drawings. 

The bidder shall provide the following information, including but not limited to: 

1) The overall layout of the equipment, selection calculation basis, and installation layout dimensions of the equipment.

2) As an equipment manufacturer, it is necessary to calculate the resistance of the water tank and the thrust of the mixer, and provide a detailed selection report for the mixer equipment. The report should at least include: mixer model specifications, quantity, rated thrust, total thrust, process required thrust, etc.

3) Information related to equipment installation, operation, maintenance manuals, and electrical principles.

4Type and Requirements 

1）technical performance 

The guide rail system can freely adjust the lifting and lowering of the mixer, and the mixer can be disassembled and installed without emptying the water tank. The entire weight of the mixer is supported by a bracket, which should be able to withstand the thrust generated by the mixer and adjust the horizontal angle of the mixing impeller above the water surface. 

Each mixer should be designed as a whole, with a closed connection and underwater type. All components of the mixer, including the motor, can operate continuously underwater. The main components of the mixer in contact with liquids should be stainless steelAISI 316 or better. All exposed nuts, bolts, and washers are made of stainless steel AISI316.

2）Equipment quality requirements 

The bidder shall review and determine the layout position, rated shaft power, motor power, impeller diameter, and speed of the submersible mixer based on the size of the pool type, the inlet and outlet positions of the water flow, and their experience to ensure the above process requirements. The actual supplied equipment must meet the requirement of no sedimentation at the bottom of the pool. 

The submersible motor and mixer should be provided by the same manufacturer and high-quality lifelong lubricated bearings should be usedThe design life (L10) of the bearing should be greater than 100000 hours, and the mechanical seal should use corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide or silicon carbide, with a medium pH range of pH 6-9. Mechanical seals should be maintenance free, able to resist thermal shock, and have good emergency operation characteristics. The service life of mechanical seals is at least 25000 hours. The propeller should be a three bladed or two bladed propeller, made of stainless steel material (AISI316L or better), and must be dynamically balanced. The propeller should have unobstructed, anti winding, swept back design, self-cleaning blades.

The shafts of the propeller and motor should be provided by the same manufacturer, and the propeller shaft should be an extension of the motor shaft. Lotus connection will not be accepted. The material of the shaft is stainless steel(ASTM 420 or better). The propeller shaft should be completely isolated from the mixing medium. The bidder shall provide a complete set of installation and fastening materials for the submersible mixer. The installation system should include guide rails, steel wire ropes, and arm type lifting brackets and hand cranked lifting devices.

5Construction and Materials 

1）construction 

（1）Shell 

The shell of the mixer is made of high-quality stainless steel or cast iron with ceramic coating. The thickness of the shell should be sufficient to withstand the load, and its surface should be flat without pores. The rotating head should be streamlined. 

（2）Cooling system 

The motor should be able to be fully cooled by the surrounding stirring medium. 

（3）Cable and cable sealing 

The motor should be equipped with underwater cables for control and power, with each cable having a separate inlet and reliable sealing. 

The cable junction room should be a complete component with a fixed plate. There should be two sets of elastic bushings at the cable entrance to ensure waterproofing and underwater sealing. The wiring room and motor room should be isolated by a wiring board to protect the motor and prevent external substances from entering through the top of the mixer. Or use epoxy or silicone resin secondary sealing system for sealing. 

（4）Submersible motor 

Submersible squirrel cage asynchronous motor, with a protection level ofIP68， Insulation level F or above. The motor shaft and rotor are balanced, 380V, 3-phase, 50Hz. The motor should not experience overload even under large mixing loads. The motor should be designed to continuously handle media with a stirring temperature of 40 ℃. The motor should be started no less than 15 times per hour, and the average temperature rise of the stator winding should not exceed 85 ℃.

（5）Electric control cabinet

The sludge storage tank and the sludge water regulating sedimentation tank share one electric control box.
